RENTALS ARE ONLY GUARANTEED UPON RECEIPT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CONTRACT.

All cancellations need to be made thirty five (35) days prior to check in. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be made if we are able to re-rent the home. If we are unable to do this, you will receive a refund, less 25%. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival and arrangement will be made to check you in.
